Before installing or uninstalling the machine accessories, make sure to disconnect the air hoses from the air supply!
Install the appropriate connector as per your own hose end coming from your compressor.
Fitting (2) is for 8 mm air hose entrance.
The air input side of the Slide Valve (3) has 1/4″ BSPP threads.
The air input side of the reducer (1) has 1/4″ NPT threads.
Remove the handle (3) of your machine with a Philips head screwdriver. Locate the metal connection plate (4) of the accessory under the handle’s original position. Poke the screws (1) through the washers (2), the handle and the connection plate respectively. Then install them to the machine’s threaded screws with a screwdriver.
Remove the mounting nut (1) from the regulator. Poke the regulator head (3) through the hole on the mounting plate (2) and fix it in position by installing the munting nut (1) to the head of the regulator (3). Install the hose (5) of the accessory to the 8 mm quick connect fitting on the air entrance of your machine. Note: You may shorten the hose (5) as long as it is long enough to connect the air entrance of the machine with the accessory.
Add ISO Vg32 type oil to the lubricator.
Connect your hose coming from your compressor to the slide valve (1) (or to the preffered adaptor). Make sure there is air coming to the machine. Pull the head (2) of the regulator upwards and adjust the air pressure coming to the system by rotating the head.You can check the pressure level from the manometer (3).
