Before mounting the lower die, you must first disassemble the lower die adaptor (4) that comes with the die set, if it is pre-assembled.

In case there is lower die bushing (1) installed in the lower die hole, first, loosen the fixing screw (2) and remove the lower die bushing (1). Then, install the lower die (5) into the lower die hole directly.

Gently tighten CSGSP-2 to the lower die adaptor (for small die set) or lower die (for large die set) and make sure their surfaces are at the same level. Then securely fix the screw (7) with a Phillips-head screwdriver to secure the connection.

Securely fix the immobilization screws (9) which are on the left and right side to stabilize the position of the CSGSP-2 on CSTEP-2 with the Phillips-head screwdriver (8).

WHEN INSTALLING TO CSTEP-2 LARGE – UPPER DIE INSTALLATION; First remove the upper die adaptor of the die set, if it is pre assembled. Insert the upper die (2) to the shaft (1) in such a way that the fixing screw (3) of the upper die corresponds to the channel on the shaft. Securely fit the upper die (2) to the shaft (1) by pushing the upper die (2) upwards. Then fix it in place by tightening the upper die fixing screw (3) with a Philips head screw driver. The correct installation of the upper die is shown in fig. 1.

Note: Failure to not follow the above instructions while installing the upper die may result with damage on the shaft. Such a damage can lead to problems while uninstalling the upper die.
